Design

When we have agreed the concepts with our clients we consult our teams of designer, draughtsman and surveyors. We provide full specifications (floor plans, detailed joinery drawings, proposed furniture and electrical layouts) and other information to allow for accurate quotations from builders and craftsmen. We then present accurate schedules based on the budget and timing requirements of each client. Qbana Designs will help you make the most of the space and potential of your property with a clear vision and inspired solutions.

Consultation

There is no one formula to elegant living. We find that the initial consultations are a key and exciting stage in any project. We have vast resource of samples and the ability to match products to create stylish interiors. We work with architects, landscape designers, lighting and IT specialist to create bespoke living spaces that complement our client’s lifestyles and tastes. Project Management

We provide budgets, full timing schedules and a comprehensive supervision package. We will manage any part of the project and take responsibility for the program of supply and management of various contractors. We have extensive experience in delivering ‘turn key’ projects by managing every stage of the scheme.
